How Do Food Neophobia and Neophilia Moderate the Effect of Local Food Quality on Dining Satisfaction and Post-Dining Behavioral Intention in the Perspective of Sustainable Gastronomy Tourism?

چکیده

This study examines the relationship between local food quality perception, dining satisfaction, and post-dining behavioral intention in context of sustainable gastronomy tourism Manavgat/Antalya. The research also analyzes moderator roles neophilia neophobia this relationship. A face-to-face survey was conducted with tourists who visited region experienced restaurants. Accordingly, 487 participants were interviewed. In order to analyze collected data, data analysis applied, findings analyzed using AMOS software (Version 24) test structural model. results have shown that core perceptions delivery positively affect whereas no effect on external has been found. Moreover, revealed satisfaction influences intention. addition, moderate These emphasized importance promoting increase tourists’ their participate tourism. Destination managers should collaborate producers create a branded line offers delicious options, thereby enhancing travel experiences domestic foreign tourists.
